ENTRY PROCESS
Registration will be open to the runners with a valid UTMB index from november 4, 2025 at 09:00 am (WEST) (10:00 CEST) until november 6, 2025 at 09:00 am (WEST) (10:00 CEST). At the end of this period, registrations will be open to runners with or without a valid UTMB index until the races are sold out. Charity bibs will remain available throughout, regardless of registration status.

There will be no waiting list.
Minimum age :
Anyone 18 years old at the date of the race.

To another runner:
Registration is personal and cannot be transferred to another runner.
To another race of the same event :
It is possible to transfer your registration to a shorter distance up to 4 weeks before the event and within the limit of available spots. It is also possible to ask to transfer your registration to a longer distance but the request will not be automatically accepted and will be at the discretion of the race director. Transfers are only available if the new distance is not sold out. To request a change in the race distance, please contact the organization via the through this email
If you have purchased insurance and request a transfer to a different race distance, you will be eligible for a refund of the original registration fee paid.
Please note that it is not possible to defer your registration to future editions of the Oh Meu Deus Center of Portugal by UTMB® event or other events of the UTMB World Series.
A) Registrations with cancellation insurance: Runners are offered the possibility to subscribe to a cancellation insurance with an external company offered by the organisation during the registration process. Purpose of cancellation insurance is to reimburse registration fees paid for Oh Meu Deus Center of Portugal by UTMB event in case a participant applies to cancel his or her registration. - In case of documented cause (documentation will be asked) according to the conditions of the insurance company, you will get a 100% refund of the race bib cost.
- If there is no documented cause, 70% of the bib costs will be refunded. Runners who wish to subscribe to the cancellation policy will be asked to pay an additional 10% of the total amount, to be added to the registration fee.
To cancel your registration and apply for a refund, you need to access your registration dashboard and click on "Declare a cancellation claim", your registration will be cancelled and your refund request form will be adressed to the insurance.
Cancellation insurance must be booked exclusively at the time of registration.
B) Registrations without cancellation insurance:
There will be no type of refund for runners who wish to cancel their registration and have not contracted their cancellation insurance. You can cancel your registration from your dashboard.
C) Exceptional conditions in case of event cancellation:
If the event or a race is canceled, or if the event must be organized differently (for example, one or more races must be canceled), for any reason not attributable to the control of the organisation, more than 30 days before the start, runners may be partially reimbursed for entry fees. In such a case, the amount of the refund would be decided in a way that allows the organization to meet the expenses incurred from the date of cancellation.
